Why kitchens hire us
Customers rate us 4.0 on Google
Every review sits on our Google listing, so you can read what customers said before you hire us.
We clean past the hood into the duct
Grease keeps going past the filters into the duct and the fan on the roof. We clean all of it, because a hood that only looks clean still has fuel above the ceiling.
Free inspection before we quote the work
Free inspection is one of the services on our Google listing. We look at your system first, so the price matches the buildup we actually find.
Hood cleaning is fire safety work
Grease left in a kitchen exhaust is fuel sitting right above your burners. Fire safety is on our service list because that is what this cleaning is for.
Regular cleaning keeps grease from building up
A busy fryer line coats a hood fast. We offer regular cleaning and maintenance, so the buildup never gets thick enough to scrape off in slabs.
We work out of a Phoenix shop
Our shop is on West Watkins Street and has wheelchair accessible parking. From there we drive out to kitchens across Maricopa County.
How a job actually runs
We check how much grease has built up and where, then price the job.
We cover the equipment in plastic and wrap the hood so grease water drains to one spot.
We scrape the heavy grease off by hand, then wash the system down to bare metal.
We put the filters back and walk you through the clean hood before we leave.

Grease in a hood burns
It depends on what you cook and how much of it. A line running fryers and grills all day coats a hood far faster than a kitchen that mostly bakes or steams. We check the buildup during the free inspection and tell you what schedule fits.
We clean the whole exhaust, because grease does not stop at the hood. It travels up the duct and builds up in the rooftop fan. A fire that gets into a coated duct spreads where no one can reach it.
A hinge kit lets the exhaust fan on your roof tilt open. That way the fan and the duct under it can be cleaned without unbolting the whole fan. Fire code calls for hinged access on most rooftop kitchen fans. Hinge kits are on our service list. During the inspection, we can tell you whether yours has one.
Yes, the cooking line has to be off and cool while we work, because we are scraping and washing the inside of the hood. Most kitchens book the cleaning for a time the line is not running. We set that time with you when we quote the job.
Yes. Dryer vent cleaning and dryer vent inspection are both on our list. Lint packed into a long vent run makes the dryer run hot, and lint catches fire easily.
We look at the hood, the filters, the duct and the fan, and see how much grease has built up and where. Then we tell you what the cleaning involves before you agree to anything.
