Glendale dryer vents fill with dust

Glendale grew out from its old downtown near Grand Avenue. Around Catlin Court you still find bungalows from early in the last century, many of them now shops. Small ranch houses fill the streets nearby. Go north toward Arrowhead or west toward the stadium and the houses get newer, with stucco walls and tile roofs. A lot of those newer houses put the laundry room in the middle of the floor plan, far from any outside wall.

That layout means a long dryer vent. The duct often runs up through the attic and out a cap on the roof, and every bend in it catches lint. In Glendale there is dust too. Grease builds up inside Glendale restaurant hoods
