We drive out from our Phoenix shop to kitchens from Surprise and Peoria down to Chandler and Gilbert.
Most restaurant kitchens in this part of Arizona sit in strip centers or stand-alone buildings with flat roofs. The exhaust runs straight up through the roof to a fan on top. In summer that roof gets hot enough that any grease leaking from the fan stays soft and spreads across the roofing. Grease breaks down roofing and can catch fire up there on its own. That is why we clean the fan and check the roof around it as part of the job.
Our shop is in Phoenix
We run the business from West Watkins Street, so Phoenix kitchens are the shortest drive we have. The city has everything from older buildings downtown with long, bending duct runs to newer restaurants with a short straight shot to the roof. Older buildings take more time. A duct that bends has more places for grease to settle and more access panels to open.
We clean kitchens in the East Valley
Tempe, Scottsdale, Mesa, Chandler and Gilbert are full of restaurants. Tempe has bars and quick service spots near the university, and Chandler and Gilbert have chain restaurants along their main roads. Kitchens that stay open late run their fryers for more hours, and more hours put more grease in the hood.
We clean kitchens in the West Valley
Glendale, Peoria, Goodyear and Surprise have grown fast, and plenty of their restaurants sit in newer shopping centers. A new hood fills with grease at the same rate as an old one, so newer buildings need the same cleaning. If your rooftop fan has no hinge kit, ask us about adding one.
