What to tell us when you call
It helps to know what you cook and how many hours a day the line runs. If you know when the hood was last cleaned, tell us that too, and whether the roof fan has a hinge kit.
Our shop has accessible parking
We work out of a shop on West Watkins Street in Phoenix, and the lot has wheelchair accessible parking. Most of the work happens at your kitchen, so the first step is usually a visit from us to look at your exhaust.

It depends on what you cook and how much of it. A line running fryers and grills all day coats a hood far faster than a kitchen that mostly bakes or steams. We check the buildup during the free inspection and tell you what schedule fits.
We clean the whole exhaust, because grease does not stop at the hood. It travels up the duct and builds up in the rooftop fan. A fire that gets into a coated duct spreads where no one can reach it.
A hinge kit lets the exhaust fan on your roof tilt open. That way the fan and the duct under it can be cleaned without unbolting the whole fan. Fire code calls for hinged access on most rooftop kitchen fans. Hinge kits are on our service list. During the inspection, we can tell you whether yours has one.
