Here is how it goes from here
We check how much grease has built up and where, then price the job.
We cover the equipment in plastic and wrap the hood so grease water drains to one spot.
We scrape the heavy grease off by hand, then wash the system down to bare metal.
We put the filters back and walk you through the clean hood before we leave.
